Aqua

Water is an excellent solvent for a wide variety of substances both mineral and organic, as such it is widely used in industrial processes, and in cooking and washing. Water is used in almost all leave-on and rinse-off cosmetic products. Water is a transparent, tasteless, odorless, and nearly colorless chemical substance, which is the main constituent of Earth’s hydrosphere and the fluids of all known living organisms. It is vital for all known forms of life, despite not providing food, energy or organic micronutrients.

Sodium Laureth Sulfate

Due to Sodium Laureth Sulfate’s effective cleansing, foaming and thickening properties, it is mainly used in cleansing products such as bath foam, shower gels, shampoos and liquid soaps. Sodium Laureth Sulfate is prepared by ethoxylation of dodecyl alcohol, which is produced industrially from palm kernel oil or coconut oil. It acts as an anionic surfactant. Surfactants are chemical compounds that decrease the surface tension or interfacial tension between two phases.

Cocamide DEA

It is used as a foaming, thickening and cleansing agent in bath products like shampoos, shower gels and liquid hand soaps and is safe for use in cosmetic products in accordance with strict European cosmetic safety laws. Cocamide DEA is made by reacting the mixture of fatty acids from coconut oils with diethanolamine.

Cocamidopropyl Betaine

Cocamidopropyl Betaine is derived from coconut oil, provides gentle lather and effective cleansing without stripping the skin, making it ideal for sensitive skin in body washes and facial cleansers. Cocamidopropyl betaine increase foaming and mildness of the cleansing formulations.

Sodium Chloride

Sodium chloride is a natural ingredient more popularly known as common table salt. It is used primarily as a binding and thickening agent in rinse-off skin and hair care products.

Sodium C14-17 Alkyl Sec Sulfonate

Sodium C14-17 Alkyl Sec Sulfonate is a gentle primary surfactant. It is a beneficial ingredient in Teo Men 3in1 for its ability to effectively cleanse by removing dirt and impurities. It also produces rich foam, enhancing the sensory experience during use.

Glycol Distearate

Glycol Distearate is a natural derived skin emollient that gives products a pearlescent, smooth texture.

Lauret -4

Laureth-4 is a mild natural derived surfactant that enhances the spreadability of products, dissolves oils, and improves the foam texture.

Erythritol

Erythritol is naturally occurring sweetener, humectant and hair conditioner agent. It is derived by fermentation process of corn, beets or sugar cane. Erythritol has a conditioning action that improves hair combability. It improves the surface structure of the hair by restoring the cells of the cuticle tiles back into position and providing smoothness to the hair.

PEG-7 Glyceryl Cocoate

PEG-7 Glyceryl Cocoate is natural sourced ingredient combining several properties – emollient, emulsifier, and surfactant. As an emollient, it helps soften and smooth skin, making it a useful addition to moisturizers, hair conditioners, and cleansers. PEG 7 glyceryl cocoate also helps to protect skin’s natural barrier and retain the skin’s moisture levels.
